Whether you have balconies or not, we can rewire the building from the exterior, providing your building the most updated wiring. If your building is prewired and you don't have a current contract with your local cable provider (which sometimes has a clause that doesn't allow anyone to use the internal wiring) we could run our lines to the buildings current main location and use those lines. Either way can work with the buildings current situation. 



We can then start removing existing dishes and switching residents to our system. We work with each resident until all dishes are replaced. Conversion speeds vary by property size and residential make-up, so partnering with your staff often helps us expedite the conversion 

There's no cost to you or your residents for the work we provide. Our compensation comes from being the exclusive provider of Dish Network and DIRECTV for your property for a period of time. We are authorized retailers for DIRECTV and Dish Network, not employees for them. We are compensated through sales within your buildings. DIRECTV and Dish Network do not reimburse us for moving or removing the dishes on your property. That work is done for FREE because we have an agreement in place that we will be the exclusive satellite provider for your property The number of years on the contract is determined by three major factors: 

1. Do we need to rewire the entire building? 
2. Number of dishes to be removed? 
3. Your communities census. Average length of residency, credit worthiness and other factors
